African Environmental Research and Consulting Company Limited (AERC)

AERC is a Ghanaian incorporated company registered to provide environmental services to both the private and public sectors.
AERC brings together professional environmental engineers, mining engineers, environmental scientists, economists, sociologists, agronomists, ecologists, strategic planners, educators, and health professionals to provide solutions to environmental and social issues that confront both the public and the private sectors.

We specialize in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s), Environmental Risk Assessments, Hazardous and Solid Waste Management and provide consultancy services with respect to issues that pertain to urban/ rural planning, pollution prevention and waste minimization. Our outfit also assists companies, government agencies and communities in addressing issues concerning environmental health, water and air quality monitoring. We also provide advice on restoration of degraded land, waste disposal; and pollution prevention.

The unique combination of our expertise provides a holistic approach to project implementation. Additionally we have the expertise to undertake major environmental tasks in key sectors such as Mining, Manufacturing, Forestry, Agriculture and the Construction Industry.
